1. Verify the Airzone system is not in stop mode and also that the set-point temperatures are generating demand.
2. Check the system is properly generating demand. To that end, check that the LED D6 associated with the on/off relay of the AC unit is activated (green). 
3. Check that the AC unit controller is connected to the Airzone communication gateway or to the AC unit*, depending on the gateway model that is connected.
4. Check the AC unit operates properly. To do that, disconnect the gateway and use the manufacturer thermostat to control the AC unit.
5. Verify the gateway has been detected by the system. Access the information menu of the master thermostat and verify that the gateway is displayed on the devices menu.
6. Check the state of the LEDs of the Airzone control gateway is correct.

1. Verify you can adjust the AC unit speed from the AC unit controller.
2. Make sure that the state of the microswitch 3 of the gateway corresponds with the number of available speeds available in the unit.
3. Check the "Weight" parameter. Using this parameter you can change the weight of the zones or the speed map of the system to suit your needs.

Please, check the following aspects:

1. The thermostat zone is the same as the actuator output you want to deactivate.
   
2. The polarity of the actuator output is correct. (Red/White/+) and (Black/Brown/-).
